Yes — anytime before it’s redeemed, they can swap the gift for any other experience of equal value. If they pick something pricier, they simply top up the difference at checkout.
No. Exchanging for another experience is always free — we’d rather they find the moment that’s right for them.
If plans change within 14 days of purchase and the gift hasn’t been redeemed, we’ll refund it in full. After that window the gift stays exchangeable for its full value.
The gift stays valid for a full 24 months, and we send reminders along the way. If it does lapse, reach out — we’ll always try to find a fair way forward.
If a provider cancels, you’re never out of pocket — we’ll help rebook the same experience or exchange it for another, no fee.
